It is close to the University of De, Wilmington University, major shopping mall, public transportation, Interstate, restaurants, entertainment, and a renown hospital. It is ideal for individuals,couples, business travel, leisure, and short term rotations. The suite is very spacious sofa bed and loveseat can sleep three. It is inviting with lots of amenities Flat screen TV with cable, Netflix and premium channels, wifi, microwave, refrigerator,coffee maker, comfortable bed, nice towels, fireplace, private bath private entrance and off street parking. Guest have their own private area. Although the room is connected to the house it allows complete privacy. Suite located on first floor no steps to climb. Private entrance and self check in. I am available by cell phone or email at anytime. Although I stay in the house. The suite is the Guest's home away from home. I sometimes poke my head in to say hi, at the time of check in. I am available to meet if requested. I also check-in via text during the stay.
