Relax on the sugary white sands . Condo is decorated in a tropical theme. Brand new kitchen ,stainless steel appliances, granite. Two remodeled baths, full sofa sleeper ,2 tv’s, new stacked washer/dryer in closet , deck and parking. Two pools in complex. There will be a 5% county tax on top of the charges . The space No pets. No smoking. Responsible renter must be 26 years old or older. Anyone under 26 must be accompanied by an adult over 26.Located on second floor. No pets and no smoking. One parking spot dedicated to unit. Additional visitor spot on first come, first served basis. No outside grill. Renter must call owner before completing the rental process. Other things to note There will be an umbrella/chair fee of $125 per week .This means an umbrella and 2 chairs are set up for you down on the beach daily ( March -approximately the beginning of November) Normally the rental fee is 65 $ per day so this is a savings for you . Guests will be charged through the cleaning fee( 125$ umbrella, 150$cleaning )please note there is a 5 % county tax automatically added to your nightly rate for the following charges{nightly rate, cleaning fee, umbrella /chair rental}
