Less than 4 miles from the Fort Hood Military Base. We are 1/4 mile from the Killeen Civic & Conference Center/Convention & Visitors Bureau/Meeting Space, and 1/4 mile from the Vive Les Arts Theatre. We are 1/2 mile from the Lion's Park, recreation hub with water-play areas, ball fields & a paved exercise path. The HVAC system has a Reme Halo ultraviolet air purification system. The space Cool, great bed, large bathroom and kitchenette area. Guest access Guests are allowed access to all common areas upstairs. Their room. The full bathroom upstairs. The break room area in the hall upstairs which is equipped with a microwave, two single cup coffee makers, utensils, coffee, creamer, sugar, coffee cups. The kitchen downstairs which is fully equipped. The dinning area downstairs with table and chairs. During your stay I am always here for any questions, concerns or needs you might have. Please text me through the airbnb app. -Quite hours are from 8PM to 7AM. -No smoking or vaping in house or on premises. No alcohol consumption on premises. No shoes are allowed in the house. Please leave your shoes in the trays provided at the front door. Absolutely no one is allowed in the house if they are not on your reservation. Please do not open any windows in the house. That is their room, the full bathroom, the living space, and the kitchen / break room area. The kitchenet is equipped with a serving cart which has a microwave, a toaster oven, two single cup coffee makers, a mid-size fridge, table with four chairs, a 32-inch TV, utensils, paper plates, napkins, coffee, creamer, sugar, some stoneware bowls, coffee cups, plates and glasses. No full size stove is available for guest's use.
