On winter enjoy the snow shoes or cross-country skiing. - Bedroom holds a Queen-size, brand-new, bedroom set with a new mattress decorated in a Native American style. Large closet. Napping mattress available for a child. - Living room is separated by wall from kitchen/dining and could serve as a 2nd bedroom with curtain instead of door. It has a double bed with a new mattress and two single euro futons, huge wooden deck, mirrored dresser, lush decorative blankets, garment cloth rack. Double bed fits for for the people of the rather smaller complexion with height less than 5'7''. Walls decorated with tapestries, which are a famous paintings reproductions. - Both rooms have smart TV. Bring your fure stick to connect to TV. - High Speed WiFi was recently upgraded. Internet speed inside condo was measured as 786 Mbps. - Fully equipped and stocked kitchen has a new strong gas stove, Microwave, Italian oven for fast baking, dish-washing machine, cooking appliances, dishware, coffeemaker, silverware, Juice Maker, garlic presser. - Dining area with a sunny window and new traditional wooden dark-cherry dining set for up to 5 people. Separated from living room by wall. - Large wooden deck with a beautiful view is used for outside breakfast/dining on sunny day. - There is exterior stairway to the entrance door of our cornered condo. There is no traffic at stairs since it’s usually used only by couple from the next condo. Other things to note Short Term rental permit that allows less than 30 days stay is obtained recently but city allows only max 2 adults plus max 5 kids of 13 age old and younger. a new rule that is strict for vacational short rentals. Please do not submit request for 3 and more adults for the short term stay. Long term rental is defined as a stay of more than 30 days and it has different rules. It allows max 5 people of any age total. Ask us about a huge discounts if your stay is more than 3 months. Would be great if airbnb site allows different number of people based on duration of stay. I guess it will be implemented in a near future base on demand. - One designated parking assigned to condo. guest parkings available for the guest visitors - Be sure to carry tire chains during late Fall, Winter and early Spring - Our condo if great for people who love nature, sport activities and appreciate the location. The condo is not for partying, smoking, drinking, consuming any drugs.
