Two luggage rack provided. No closet space in this room, but this space sits adjacent to the laundry room which has ample storage space and room to place belongings. LAUNDRY ROOM Washer and Dryer provided for use along with detergent and dryer sheets. Quartz utility sink with matte black faucet and custom lighting. Ironing board, iron, and steamer provided. Board games including Candy Land, Yahtzee, and Pictionary. Book exchange. Feel free to take any books and if you have one you’ve finished, leave it for another guest! Note: back door and dog door are permanently locked. There is no backyard access. SURFING There are endless waves to surf within minutes of the cottage! Santa Cruz county has a different break every 1/4 mile wrapping along the coast! You will find beach breaks, point breaks, barrels lefts, rights and everything in between. Our proximity close to the freeway and 41st ave make it easy to shoot down to pleasure point for a surf, or hop on the freeway easily accessing waves on the south or westside of town!
