Located in a lovely, rural setting atop a gently rolling knoll, the breathtaking view from the front porch includes both Kinsman/Cannon Mts. Winter rental of one month or longer will be assessed a utility fee at the end of the rental. Utilities include: oil, electricity, cable and internet. The space The house is a lovely, antique-filled, 200 year old New England farmhouse with all the modern conveniences We have two completely new bathrooms, new leather sofa, upholstered chairs and footstool, two new oriental rugs, new wide pine kitchen floor, comfortable beds, 47" high definition television, free internet, free local and long distance calling, DVD, CD player, all linens and a well stocked country kitchen for your enjoyment - even cloth napkins and champagne flutes! We have fresh paint and wallpaper and it is very comfortable and homey. The house has been in our family for 55 years and we love and take great care of it. Guest access This is a whole house rental: 4 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 4 singles. Ist floor bathroom has enclosed bathtub/shower; 2nd floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. Other things to note The White Mountains offer miles of hiking in the summer and an abundance of skiing trails in the winter. Easton is within minutes of Cannon Mountain and the birthplace of Bodie Miller, Olympian. Cannon Mountain is where he learned to ski and where he trained.
