One bedroom condo located on the famous International Drive right near Seaworld. This condo is on the second floor and has a private balcony overlooking some green space and a small pond. The space One bedroom 2nd floor condo on S International Drive right near Seaworld and just 4 miles from Disney. The property has an onsite restaurant, convenience store, laundry, heated pool, and jacuzzi. This unit has a private balcony which overlooks a grassy area and small pond. This is an actual one bedroom not a one room studio and the couch in the living room pulls out to a bed. The community has a 24-hour front desk where you will check in and receive your parking pass. You will not need to coordinate meeting me to get access to the unit. However, please note that this is a private rental so any and all questions / issues need to be directed to me and not the front desk. They will only handle room keys and parking passes. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. The lobby is open 24/7 so late night arrivals are not an issue. Guest access Frequently Asked Questions: Is there Wi-Fi access? Yes, there is free wifi throughout the community. I cannot make any guarantees of internet speeds or connectivity. Should we rent a vehicle? Yes, I highly recommend renting a vehicle regardless of where you stay in Orlando. I find that most people are surprised at the lack of public transportation in Orlando and how spread out everything is. If you do not rent a vehicle your transportation options consist of the I-Ride trolley or a taxi / uber service. Is there free parking? Yes, there is free onsite parking for one vehicle. Do you provide all the linens, dishes, etc? Yes, linens, towels, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc are provided. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay. You will be responsible for anything beyond the initial batch provided. Is there a washer and dryer in the unit? No, there is a coin-operated laundry room located on the third floor of each building on the property. Is there a theme park shuttle? No, there isn't a theme park shuttle, but there is the I-Ride Trolley, which will take you anywhere on International Drive for a small fare. The trolley stop is at the entrance to the property. The trolley will take you to Seaworld, Universal, Aquatica, and Wet N Wild, but does not go to Disney World. Are there nearby restaurants and shops? Yes, being on International Drive this condo is close to just about everything Orlando has to offer. There are numerous restaurants nearby and the nearest grocery store (Publix) is one mile from the condo. In addition, Walmart is 4 miles away and the outlet mall is 2.5 miles away. Please note that this unit is owned and maintained by a private owner that is located off-premises. You are allowed to check-in at the on-site front desk.
