Our guest house is on our property but not attached. a private entrance with a keypad lock. Parking spot. A studio apartment with a full kitchen & bathroom. Very secluded and safe neighborhood in Historic Roswell. Very close to everything you will need. Great location, 5 minutes from downtown Roswell, 15 minutes from downtown Alpharetta, 20-30 minutes to Buckhead and just a few minutes away from CVS, Target, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks etc.There is also a smart TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, etc. The space You are in a very safe neighborhood. We have everything you can think of to make your stay pleasant. If there is anything you need pls feel free to ask so we can accommodate in any way. Please No smoking inside or around the house. Guest access Guests not allowed in backyard due to privacy, swimming pool and dogs. Check with us for special circumstances. Other things to note If you need help working the TV feel free to ask. There are security cameras so you will feel safe and secure. We offer custom grocery shopping and kitchen stocking for a small fee if needed. We are flexible and will accommodate your needs.
