Other things to note The Surf Room is a tiny-living space (120 sq ft). By booking, guests acknowledge they have reviewed the size and description and the conditions below. • PLEASE NOTE: This is an attached guest suite located directly beneath our primary living area. While you have a private entrance and bathroom, you will hear typical 'living noises' and our resident dogs. This allows us to provide the most affordable rates in Muir Beach. • Animals/Allergies: We have two dogs who are territorial. For their safety and because of host asthma/severe allergies to other breeds, no outside animals (including ESAs) are permitted. • Atmosphere: Muir Beach is a lush, damp environment. This may not be suitable for those with asthma or high sensitivity to dampness. • Parking: We offer free parking but cannot accommodate full size pickup trucks or Sprinter vans. • Transport: A car is highly recommended. Uber/Lyft are slow and unreliable for pickups here. • Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance via Airbnb, as we cannot offer refunds outside of our posted policy. Airbnb Safety & Trust Team: From time to time, we may communicate with a guest outside of the Airbnb message thread to provide additional details. This is not intended to violate any Airbnb rules. For example, we may provide a video link of the property to a prospective guest who is inquiring if a property is ADA accessible before he/she books.
