Pelican 26 is a split-level condo with a ground-floor entry and views of the ocean and Pajaro River. The main floor includes the kitchen, living, dining, one bedroom, and a half bath. Upstairs you’ll find the master suite, a twin bedroom, and a full hall bath. A furnished deck extends from the living room. 🚫 Barbecues are not permitted in Pelican condos. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with master bathroom, another bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom in the hall. For a condo, there is a large water-facing deck just outside the living room equipped with deck furniture. Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit.
