Solana Beach is a very well rounded beach city. There is the convenience of the coaster and amtrack within walking distance; take to San Diego Airport, Padres Games or other Beach Cities. Bus transit, taxis, uber all available. Car rental companies walking distance from home. There are stairs within the complex, yet our unit is all on one level. If you park on the street rather than in the garage, there is only one set of stairs to our patio/home. Beachfront complex w/ stairs down to the beach. We have to charge a 13% local tax that is already added into your reservation, for stays of 31 days or less. Tenant is responsible for utilities on stays of 28 days or longer.
