It is one large room with a Queen bed and click clack sofa bed, kitchen and separate bathroom, with clawfoot tub/shower. Well behaved pets welcome! No fee! Nice, well lit park across the street! Gated driveway parking! Close to Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff, Downtown Dallas etc. Highways are within five minutes. Please review Check-in, House rules and Additional rules before arriving. Thank you! The space This is a very private, freestanding unique studio apartment, set in a private bamboo forest, behind an existing house. Driveway parking and private entrance. No parties, events, unauthorized filming or video. Guest access Guess will enter through the double gate, (please keep closed) and walk down the driveway to the back of the house and enter into unit B to the right. Please text me at 469-735-7351 for lockbox code and wifi before arrival. Other things to note This property has concrete floors, industrial features and an antique clawfoot tub. Slippers are a good idea.
