Relax as a couple or with the family at this off the beaten track, peaceful countryside holiday with far reaching views, nestled amongst wildlife. A small family run complex with onsite included facilities, 12 acres of grounds, Indoor heated pool, games room restaurant and bar. A great location for surrounding attractions, including Clovelly, 4 miles to the South West coast path at Bucks mill Westward Ho! The milky way, Ultimate adventure and Big sheep, all up to a 20 minute drive away. The space Chestnut is one of our smaller apartments, however a great space as a base, with great views and everything you need for a self catering stay. Ideally suited to a couple who prefer separate rooms, or couple with younger child if you do not mind the smaller space, the second bedroom room is a full size single bed. Guest access Parking is located in our onsite car park. Check in 4pm - 9pm please ring the bell at reception. Swimming - Free - One 1/2 hour am slot sole use, and one hour pm slot shared - per day. 8 am - 8pm ( Hot tub over 10’s only). The hot tub is closed between November and April. Gym Free - 1 hour slot per day. 8 am - 9pm over 16’s only If you require longer in the swimming pool/ gym it is charged at £5 per adult per hour and subject to availability. Reception is closed on Sundays - for emergencies only please call the number displayed on desk. Restaurant 5.30 - 8.30pm Bar 5.30 - 10 pm Please note on occasion our restaurant may be closed, however guests are welcome to enjoy food served in the bar from our bar/takeaway menu. Merry harriers garden centre just around the corner serving breakfast and Sunday carvery. carvery. During quieter months if you wish to use the bar please ring the bell located on the door up until 8pm. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed in the internal complex area. 4g has a good signal from the property. Equipment not provided. When fishing for carp, fishing requires a 42inch landing net and a landing mat which need to be disinfected at reception and a main line of 10lb minimum. For small and large fish no barbed hooks are permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
