Burley Stick Farmhouse, 20 mins to Avl

Historic farmhouse on 100-acre working farm. Just 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville and 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. This completely renovated home is surrounded by acres of grazing livestock and hay fields. The house has a wide, easy access driveway and beautiful mountain sunsets from the front porch. The space One unique feature about our space is the accent wall. We needed to remove an old pig shed from our farm. Instead of throwing away the lumber we repurposed it. We planed the wood and found oak, pine and even wormy chestnut. Now it's proudly displayed when you enter the farmhouse. Also, the third generation accquired lumber from an old mill in Barnardsville. We turned that into the dining room table and love the way it completes the home. Guest access The farmhouse is yours to enjoy. We ask dirty/muddy shoes remain outside.
