Lake home property with walking trail to lake. Multiple walking trails to enjoy nature. Board games, cards & a Ping Pong table. Mata’s Mexican Food, Willie’ Rattling Pans, Ollie’s Juke Joint, and Buncombe Creek Restaurant are all great eating establishments just a few miles down the road. The space Fairly remote area but within walking distance to an area of beach that stays hopping in the summer time. Guest access If you have trucks with boat trailers, ATV trailers, or horse trailers you can park just west of house. There’s an area you can pull through back to road leaving out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: -Let's keep the space clean for everyone - Please pull off shoes at front door, back door, or garage door before entering. We have carpeted areas an the sand at the lake will come back with you on and in your shoes :) -No food or drinks in bedrooms, coasters are placed in living room for your use. - You are responsible for cleaning all dishes during your stay and placing them back in cabinets, there is a dishwasher that will work very well for you. - Please launder all towels and replace in cabinets (detergent provided), if you have some you are unable to finish just place in laundry basket on top of dryer. -Empty all trash cans and place trash bags within trash barrel outside of home. -NO SMOKING inside of home, again no smoking please. -No pets -No cleaning of fish in the home (although we are excited you caught some!!!) -Septic system, nothing but toilet paper down toilet. -No grease down sink -Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $100 -No illegal drugs or under age drinking at home PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AS IT WAS YOUR OWN. GROSS ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF OUR HOME AND HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES AND OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES.
