You will need to climb down and over rocks. Elderly and people with mobility issues may find it difficult. Summerland Beach has natural oil seepage. The oil is noticeable. Check your feet for tar! Other things to note You will hear the CalTrain, as it runs above the beach front coastal properties. This property is made up of two townhouse style homes.
