Follow the seawall on the ocean side of the house, and walk to the left, down the path and onto the beach. Please keep in mind...in the winter months the sand may get washed away from large storms, winter swell & full moon tides, making it more challenging to reach the beach from the path. You will need to climb down and over rocks. Elderly and people with mobility issues may find it difficult. Summerland Beach has natural oil seepage. The oil is noticeable. Check your feet for tar! Other things to note You will hear the CalTrain, as it runs above the beach front coastal properties. This home is made up of 2, two bedroom units. This listing is for Unit A only. Unit B is also available to rent. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Summerland Beach has natural Oil seepage. You may want to bring an extra pair of flip flops to walk on the sand, otherwise check your feet for tar. There is a tar removal kit at the door. Due to location the wifi is adequate.
