The cabin offers comfort and practicality for your stay. The bedroom has nice views of the mountains and forest (snow falls here in winter). It has a view of the north side surrounded by mountains and the west side of native forest. Bathroom with toilet and hot water. The entire cabin has blackout curtains and large double-glazed windows. Very cozy American living room, next to a wood-burning stove that in winter will provide you with the warmth of a cozy mountain cabin. It is equipped with everything you might need in the mountains, excellent insulation and heating, and views that are guaranteed in winter and summer. The rooms are designed for 2 people and are well lit, as they have large windows with nice views. It has Starlink WiFi. Parking is available for your convenience. Located a few meters from your cabin, this is the ideal place for those seeking quality of life. Inspired by the outdoor philosophy, the condominium offers an environment integrated with nature and green areas. Close to the best restaurants, mini-markets, sourdough bakeries, ice cream parlors, cafes, supermarkets, and more. Come and enjoy this paradise in the best sector of Las Trancas! Guest access It has: 1- Hot tub (a hot tub is paid separately at the time of check-in 50,000/3 hours). The tub is for three hours of use, but the hot water can last a little longer depending on the weather conditions, allowing you to enjoy it while it retains its temperature, extending the experience beyond the allotted time. The tub is not shared, it is on the cabin's terrace. 2- Terraces with lounge chairs overlooking the mountain and native forest. 3- Barbecue grill. 4- Parking in front of your cabin. Other things to note 1- Check in and check out: Check-in is from 3:30pm and check out until 12:00pm. If you have any special needs regarding times, please let me know in advance so we can make any adjustments where possible. 2- Parking: The condominium offers safe parking for guests. You will receive all the necessary instructions for access and use upon check-in. There will always be someone to greet you, usually either my wife or I receive them. 3- House rules: To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, we ask that you follow the rules of the condominium regarding the use of the hot tub, quiet hours and any other established guides. 4- Additional amenities: If you want additional services like additional cleaning, laundry service, please feel free to contact me. I'm here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. 5- Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency or other urgent situation, please contact me immediately. I am prepared to provide assistance and guidance as needed. 6- No frying inside the cabin. 7- If you need towels, you must request them. There is an extra charge. They are not to be taken out of the cabin.
