Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. A new half bath was also installed in 2023, conveniently located near the kitchen. New countertops and a nw kitchen sink were installed in 2025. New living room and sunroom furniture and new televisions were put in during 2024. So many upgrades, plus this villa welcomes your small pet to join you on vacation. Enjoy your visit to Sea Pines without needing to get in the car if you don't want to-the prime location is close to everything-the Beach Club is about 12 minutes on foot, and Harbour Town and the Clubhouses are both walking distance. Full riding stables with guided tours into the 600 acre forest preserve. Free petting zoo for all ages and electric boat eco tours. Free tennis at South Beach and a free fitness center pass to Breakthrough Fitness, located just out the main entrance to the resort. Two free bikes are also included with your rental, as well as a discount for additional bikes you may want. Beach gear includes beach chairs and toys for the kids, stored in the closets of the front service yard. Guest access Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for waiting in line at security. Simply head to your villa, park, and head to the beach! Parking is right in front of the property. One Sea Pines vehicle pass is included in your reservation. Sea Pines is a gated community. Unless you have booked very last minute, we will mail your pass ahead of your arrival. If additional passes are needed, they are $20 and can either be billed and included in your mailing or they can be purchased at security upon arrival. Your pass allows you access to all areas of Sea Pines, however there are parking restrictions for guests at the Beach Club during peak summer months. During these months, a trolley and beach shuttle services are available for "park and ride" from many convenient locations around Sea Pines.
