Eclectic Studio in the Village

Our apartment has a studio vibe. There are hardwood floors & lots of light. There's a deck out back for you too... It’s in the village of Madrid, on the Turquoise Trail. Walking distance to of all your needs. There are a few restaurants & a bar with live music, a coffeehouse and 20 or so galleries & shops all around you. It’s a unique place centrally located between Santa Fe & Albuquerque. 20 minutes to Santa Fe-45 minutes to Albuquerque. WiFi & AC. Lic#246038 The space This apartment is behind our gallery in the village of Madrid. You can park in front of the gallery or in the driveway...and walk down the driveway to the deck in back, up to the glass door entrance. There is a full kitchen for cooking. Full size refrigerator & stove. There is a little living room area & full private bathroom. We also have a washer and dryer in your apartment you can use. It is perfect for 2 people, if you need an extra bed there is a full sized twin bed daybed. The daybed is not meant to be stayed on for longer stays. If you need extra sheets for the daybed please let me know so I can leave them out. Also, because this is an apartment behind our gallery unfortunately we can’t allow pets in the space.
