The ocean is directly across the street and less than a 5 minute walk is the public access to Crescent Beach. A 10 minute walk will bring you to Wells Beach and the arcades, restaurants and shops. Less than a mile walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the first public way to Moody Beach. A portion of the Rachel Carson Refuge is behind the house which hosts amazing sunsets and wildlife from egrets to deer. This house is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy!
