Lost Key is an amazing, gated resort community! Guests have access to the ocean front Beach Club with a bar, restaurant, pool, veranda & private beach w/ chairs & umbrellas for rent. Inside the resort is an Arnold Palmer designed golf course, resort-style pool, tennis & pickleball courts & 5 miles of biking and trails June 1 - August 8: 6 night Minimum stay requirement. July 4 week is a 7 day min. Check-in must be on Friday or Saturday. **Please note that you must be 25 yrs old to rent. This brand new townhome is in the gated community of Lost Key Golf and Beach Resort. It offers your family beautiful open concept living, coastal beach relaxation, and fun! With nearly 1700 sq feet, our spacious unit includes porcelain tile floors, 9 ft ceilings, crown molding and brand new appliances, furniture, lighting – everything is brand new! Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white quartz countertops and includes an open breakfast bar and modern appliances. We are foodies and love to cook, so our kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, a waffle maker, nespresso maker, mixer, blender, serving dishes and other items to make your visit special. Dining: *Large kitchen island with 4 stools *Dining table with leaf that sits 8 when extended Family Room: The family room is large and open and has a sectional, 2 comfy accent chairs, and a large comfy upholstered rocking chair Bedrooms: King Size Bed, Master Queen, Bedroom #2 Full Bed, Bedroom #3 Twin Trundle, Bedroom #3 Foldable 6 inch Memory foam floor mattress TVs: The townhome has 3 TVs as follows: *Family room - 65 inch 4K TV (with sound bar) *Master Bedroom - 55 inch 4K TV *Double Bedroom - 32 inch HD TV Each TV is equipped with an Amazon Firestick so that you can log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime or other apps during your stay. The Firestick also has several Jackbox TV games downloaded which are great fun for the family. Garage: Our 2.5 car garage is set up like a recreation space and has a ping pong table, a bar height table, a small tabletop shuffleboard game, and we have some other games for your family to enjoy. We have 2 adult bikes and 1 child bike for you to explore the community with, and 4 pickleball paddles and balls to use at the lighted tennis and pickleball courts. Beach Club: One of most amazing amenities included with this home is free admission to the brand new Lost Key Beach Club. Built right on the ocean, this 5,000-square-foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents and guests. The Beach Club has a bar & restaurant, pool and large veranda and deck that overlooks the gulf of Mexico. The beach is private – only accessible by those staying at Lost Key. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, and beach service from the bar/restaurant is provided during the summer. Though the Beach Club is a very short walk from our home, you could also use the complimentary shuttle that runs continuously between the complex and the beach club. Lost Key Resort also has a massive resort style pool and a state of the art Fitness Center inside the community. It's important to us that you enjoy your stay! Please reach out by text if you need to. Perdido Key is a hidden gem. We are just minutes from famous Johnson Beach which is absolutely georgous! Orange Beach is a 10 minute drive and is home to "The Wharf" which is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex. You will need a car to get groceries and go to local restaurants. We give you starter paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and soap - but it will likely not be enough for your whole stay. 8 total guests includes children.
