Pets are considered (fees/restrictions apply) The space This townhouse is Immaculate and super clean. It is a two-story home with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable family room on the first floor. A large half bath and separate laundry room (washer/dryer) are also on the main floor. In the family room, you find a large TV with Cable and HBO, and BluRay DVD Player, Free WIFI throughout the house. The family room has a large sliding door leading to a Private Court Yard with a Hot Jacuzzi, Gas Grill, and patio furniture. Cushions for the chairs and loungers are neatly packed away in the bathroom closet. You can walk out of the courtyard to the sidewalk that wraps around the lake, and leads you to the Club House, Heated Community Pool/Spa, and Tiki Bar. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. -The Master bedroom has a large comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, and Cable TV. Attached is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink. -Two other bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub. —- Twin beds and a ROKU TV. —- Queen size with a TV and ROKU Apps. We provide stair gates (2) which you can install for children's safety. Just walk out of the front door or the courtyard and you're a walking distance away from the community pool that is heated in the cooler seasons. Resort Clubhouse also has a Concierge, Games Room, SPA Services, Movie Theater, Fitness Facility, TIKI Bar, Fishing Pier, Playground, Basketball Court, Table Tennis, Bean Bag Toss, and much more... You won't be disappointed. Please note: *** Pet restrictions - no farm animals. Cats have to be either declawed or trained not to scratch the furniture and door frames. Dogs must be kept off of the furniture and not potty in the house or on the deck. Must be leashed outside, and you have to pick up after them *** Guests are responsible for cleaning the bbq thoroughly after use and refill the gas tank (if the gas runs out). *** Max occupancy 6 guests. *** Vacation homes are self-catering; we do not provide laundry detergent for personal use, or an unlimited supply of paper products. One roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom. Coffee, oil, spices, food/groceries, unlimited trash bags, water - are not provided. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated form the home by the Police, rental income will not be refunded, and the deposit will be lost as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse with a Private Courtyard; and a Resort Clubhouse with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Tiki bar, games room, fishing, movie theater, BBQ Other things to note Please read the Trash/Recycling note posted in the laundry room and house manual. Trash and recycling must be bagged separately, and placed in a bench outside of the front door. Pick up is Monday through Saturday. More details will be provided as you check-in at the Club House. Use only designated towels outside, after Jacuzzi use Guest Gate Pass: Guests will be charged a fee of $25 per gate pass issued. ➢ As now, the cards issued will be validated for the duration of guests’ stay and that vehicle will have access to the fast entrance lane throughout. ➢ There shall be no refund on returning cards as this is a non-refundable fee, not a deposit. ➢ The cards will, at all times, remain the property of Terra Verde and should be returned on expiry. ➢ On departing the resort at the end of their stay, guests should be encouraged to drop their cards into boxes provided, at the clubhouse and at the exit gate Due to the recent event - COVID19 - many rules/conditions of the contract are strictly enforced. - Vacation Homes CANNOT be used for Party Hosting or Large Gatherings (including daytime visitors) exceeding the Maximum Occupancy of the home which is clearly stated online.
