Welcome to St. Louis! This quiet and safe place is only minutes of walking distance to the Cathedral, Forest park, Barnes Hospital, grocery store, and some of the finest restaurants in St. Louis. It is also 7 min drive to Delmar loop/The Pageant, 8-min to Clayton, 7 min to downtown. You will get a cozy bedroom on the 3rd floor. We will share the kitchen, dining room, the living room, which are all clean and tidy. Metrolink, bus stops, restaurants, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. The space You'll have a private bedroom on the third floor with a brand new bed, desk, chair, ceiling fan and light. It is 350 square feet and has a tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. We'll share the kitchen, dining room, and the living room. There is a full bathroom on third floor. If there is any questions or problems just tell me and I will try to fix it. Guest access You'll have access to the 3rd floor bathroom, the kitchen, dining room the supply closet, and of course your room. If there's anything you need feel free to call me or Mika, but everything you need for the stay should be available in either the kitchen, the supply closet on 2nd floor, or your room. Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. But most of the attractions are within walking distance. Also Uber or Lfyt is very convenient. Parking tips- You can park on the street for free, but read the signs for the two or three mornings per month when they do street cleaning. Parking is usually reasonable during the day, but around 4:30 the spots fill up fast as people get off work. Therefore, we do have limited spots available for a $5 reservation per day. There is limited parking, so request early due to limited availability. If you decide to reserve a parking spot, please be sure to park behind the other cars. Let us know and I’ll send you a request for the total amount. The back parking lot is accessed only through the alley in between West Pine and Lindell. We also offer other amenities like bike rentals, vending machine in the main house, and luggage storage for same-day early arrivals or late departures, features 24/7 security with a keypad code, and is available for $2. During your stay I'm glad to answer any questions you have before, during, or after your stay! Since check-in and check-out are all keyless processes we might not run into each other if you're staying here briefly. I’m usually in my office on the 1st floor and if not, I’m in the field working. Other things to note There will be other guests in the home. There are no parties of any kind at the house. Bathroom is shared with 1 other person. So if anything that bothers you in the shared spaces please let me know. Also, my home is historic and has two large stairwells. Please treat my home as if it’s your own.
