The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed which sleeps 2, a large walk in closet, private bathroom + shower. The living room is spacious with wood floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light coming in from the windows. There is a full size pull out sofa bed with a new memory foam mattress that can sleep 2 people. The living room has a functioning gas fireplace and a 43" flatscreen TV along with an Apple TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has all the essentials for making the perfect home cooked meals whenever needed. Washer-dryer is located inside the house, so you never have to leave to freshen up. There is plenty of street parking in this quiet and safe brentwood neighborhood so you can park right by the front door.
