Lovely small guest house on a property, set apart from the main house, located on a quiet residential street. This location is very convenient to I95, Old Lyme, Essex, Old Saybrook, & Chester. It has been renovated and comes with a queen size bed. There is a refrigerator,micromave,& keurig coffee pot. The pool is steps outside your room and there is a lounging area adjacent to this. Pool is open June thru September. **Pool will not be open until mid June & is not heated.
