It has an air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom and toilet, TV with Orange box and Netflix, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a furnished terrace. Access to the private SPA and swimming pool is free. The villa has private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. The space The Villa is located on a private, secure and quiet property in Matoury, 5 minutes from Félix Ebouée Airport and 15 minutes from the Family Plaza shopping center with its 80 stores, shops and restaurants. This 40 m2 accommodation is beautifully furnished and totally independent. A 16 m2 flowered terrace made of wood from Guyana is equipped with a dining area and hammocks inviting you to relax. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, including a maximum of 3 adults. It is fully equipped to offer guests a comfortable and quality stay. The spacious, air-conditioned bedroom has a comfortable double bed, overlooking the flowered terrace, a large walk-in shower room with hot water and a toilet. TV has Orange channels, as well as free access to Netflix. The living room has a sofa bed, pleasant and practical that can accommodate an adult or an additional child. An extra bed is available as well as a crib on request, completely free of charge. A central granite island, with its storage spaces, separates the living room from the kitchen and offers additional space for working or dining. The kitchen offers many easy-to-use amenities with its induction hot plate and hood, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large refrigerator-freezer and washing machine. A parking space is available free of charge, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. The fenced pool is accessible free of charge to all guests. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Events such as birthday parties, baptisms or any other type of party are not allowed within the villa. Silence is king in our residence. No pets allowed except in exceptional cases and after receiving the host's approval.
