Mueller park and shops are 10 minutes away. F1 is 20 and UT is only 10 minutes down the road. EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE! The space Though it's tiny, you will find all the necessities any home would have from a fully stocked kitchen to a washer/dryer. One queen size bed upstairs and one pull out full/queen couch downstairs. Guest access LOTS of street parking in front of tiny house.
