Other things to note Rental price is based on 1 weekend per rental with one weekend per week, no discount is offered for less days in the summer. No where can you even get close to this price for the bedroom ratio- and it's true bedrooms no couch or basement rooms! Everyone wants the weekends please don't request less time unless you only want a mid week rental. I can work with you there but weekends are the fixed price for the full week.
