The kitchen has a complete array of cooking utensils and all the modern conveniences, The cabinets are fully stocked with flour, sugar, herbs, spices and oils. A Keurig combo coffee maker, coffee and creamers are provided. You will find select snacks on the table. The gas fireplace just between the living and dining room adds a nice charm. This location is quiet, private yet very easy to reach. This home is set up for rental only and will feel like your home. Distance from town is 1/2 mile. The backyard is right on the river with access to premier trout fishing. Across the river is farm land. Guest access Guests have the entire home. The home is set up for the comfort of our guests. No one lives here. We are a well behaved pet friendly location. Other things to note Even prior to the Covid-19 crisis we have been fastidious about conditions in the home. As a former Director of Environmental Services at large hospitals (Lorenz) and Supervisor of Food Service (Carmen) we possess skills and expertise to safely clean the home and provide a safe and germ free environment for our guests. We use hospital disinfectant 256 Century Q from Sidhal chemical company. 256 Century Q is non-hazardous neutral cleaner disinfectant. We treat every cleaning as if we were disinfecting in the hospital. We want guests to feel safe when staying in the home. Disinfectant is located under the kitchen sink.
