Also located on the main floor is the kitchen and an open living area furnished with comfortable and stylish newer furniture - perfect for relaxing while viewing the snowcapped trees or natural beauty of the surrounding forest on a wintery day. If you prefer, you can head out on the large deck and view some of Tahoe's wildlife in their natural habitat. Property is situated next to Tahoe Conservancy Land where bear and wildlife are particularly active and sightings are common occurrences. It's certainly a unique experience to be able to enjoy these close encounters with such peace of mind since access to the elevated deck is equipped with Bear Deterrent Wires. The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite and its attached bathroom with shower take up the entire top level and overlook the living space below. This bedroom is over sized and features a plush, new King bed. There’s also a television and dedicated work desk in this bright and airy suite. The additional bedrooms are downstairs and share a full bath with tub/shower. Each of these two cozy rooms have a queen bed and dressers for storing your things as well plump sitting chairs.
