An ideal stay for a couple or up to five couples, small group, or family, this home is 15-20 minutes from Grand Rapids, Rockford, Ada, Greenville, and Lowell areas. It's a very fun, private retreat if you're looking for peaceful solitude surrounded by nature. The space This is a complete lower level rental (approximately 2,100 square feet) featuring three private bedrooms (each with a comfy queen bed), two portable floor mattresses with memory foam tops (sheets and pillows included), a private full bath, walk-out patio/fire pit, movie theater with 1000+ channels, and use of game room amenities: pool, ping-pong, and fuse-ball. Complimentary outdoor backyard games are available too including corn hole, giant Jenga, and ball golf. Please note: entrance to the lower level is through the front door upstairs leading down to an open stairway and the lower level. No privacy door available between floors, but you'll feel like you have your own space. Hosts offer lots of privacy. The upstairs is a communal/shared space with the hosts. It's available for guests to access the kitchen: you can help yourself to complimentary coffee, prepare a light snack, or store small amounts of food/beverages in the fridge. Guests spend their time in the lower level. Guest access You'll love all the opportunities to hike, bike, walk, run, bird watch, or hammock immersed in nature within minutes of this home.
