Two bedrooms and full bath sit atop the garage of a beautiful home 1 mile from Franklin's historic downtown square and a short walk via sidewalks to lovely Pinkerton Park. Our home is 1 mile from the entrance to Interstate 65 for a direct trip into downtown Nashville. Within 1 mile from the home find Kroger, Publix, Sprouts, Chick-Fil-A, a local pub, tasty Mexican, gas stations and many other conveniences. Within 3 miles you'll find the Cool Springs mall, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart and more! The space Home is less than 10 years old with superb noise blocking windows. We also provide a box fan in the closet. None of your walls connect to other rooms for full privacy. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and sitting area with a 65" smart TV. The sitting area includes a full-sized futon which can be folded out for a second bed upon request. Bedroom 2 features a full bed. The space also includes a closet with plenty of hangers, iron and ironing board, apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. The second room is small with no windows and the water heater is in this room, so it works best for someone who only needs the space to sleep. Please enjoy the front porch swings and rocking chairs. A gas grill is available for your use on the back deck upon request. Uber and lift also readily available. Other things to note We have an old, sweet golden retriever. She may bark once to announce your arrival but doesn't jump, lick or bite.
