Tucked away in the heart of Zilker Park, just south of Lady Bird Lake, Zilker Lodge is comprised of over 21,000 square feet of newly constructed indoor space. With five meeting rooms, commercial kitchen, bunkrooms sleeping 150 people, restrooms and showers, covered pavilion, and versatile outdoor event space, Zilker Lodge is perfect for any Austin event. The space Zilker Lodge has 150 bunk beds on two floors with full shower and restroom facilities. This is, hands down, the best space and location for a company retreat, weekend camping experience, or children's excursion. With all the amenities onsite for the perfect glamping trip plus the city, park, greenbelt, and Barton Springs just a stone's throw away...you will be hard-pressed to find a better location than this! Bright and open! The versatile Activity Room can be used for a meeting or party space. It is outfitted with a SMART Board, adjoins our Commercial Kitchen and is adjacent to the Great Room, which can be added to greatly expand the space. The Great Room is an excellent space for casual gatherings of 20-30 people. It comes complete with 60" flat screen TV, over-sized couches, billiards and foosball. Perfected by pairing with the adjacent Activity Room for additional open space. The Craft Room is our most private downstairs space. Seating approximately 40 people classroom style, it has counters, cabinets surrounding the space; perfect for buffets and displays. Includes two sinks and a floor drain for easy clean up. ​ The Conference Room is well suited for private meetings for up to 20 people, with a large conference table seating up to 14. It includes a SmartBoard, 42" flat screen monitor, and buffet space for snacks or displays. Additional buffet space outside of the meeting room is perfect for catered meals. Fully operational Commercial Kitchen includes ample cold storage space and access to ice machine. Whether you are looking to host a large catered dinner or are displaying your own culinary prowess, our kitchen has the amenities you need to make it a success. Our Library & Classroom areas are comprised of two adjoining rooms that seat approximately 12 people each, depending on configuration. The space works well for an intimate meeting space or breakout room. Our Flex Space/Nook is the perfect place for a physical activity during a conference breakout, such as meditation or team-building activity. Also great for group exercise classes! The Shared Staff Lounge is available for lunch breaks and breakouts during your meetings and conferences. When you rent the entire facility this space is a private lounge for you and your guests. Our 1,500 sq. ft covered outdoor Pavilion comes with 10 picnic tables and has. It is electricity, lighting and fans. It is great for an outdoor picnic with music, barbecues and games! Rental of the Pavilion & Grounds includes all outdoor areas: basketball court, stage, gaga ball pit, children's play scape and bench seating. Zilker Lodge offers a Carnival Games package to accompany any event rental. Games like Ring Toss, Fishing, Cornhole, and others are the perfect addition to any outdoor event! We simply allow access to our facility and event resources, such as tables, kitchen, and social space.
