Pine walls adorn our newly remodeled lodge. Kitchen and baths feature new cabinets, granite counters and appliances. Two spacious bdrms upstairs w/shared bath. 3rd bdrm is on main level w/a queen bed & full bath. No TV in queen rm. New living room flooring just installed in living room. Very nice! New dual pane windows just installed for your viewing pleasure and temperature comfort. Keeps the icy cold weather outside where it belongs. Our Cozy Lodge sleeps 6 adults comfortably. A beautiful updated spacious kitchen with granite countertop, new top of the line Bosch dishwasher and fully stocked with kitchen utensils & necessary kitchen supplies. I've added many small appliances, i.e. hand mixer, waffle iron, toaster, blender, George Foreman Grill, coffeepot, etc. I have available for guest use a brand new set of pots & pans, pizza pan, roasting pan, cake pan, and cookie sheet. Many bowls, measuring cups, colander, and glass storage containers for leftovers. In the freezer is some ice and in refrigerator are some condiments from past guests that purchase and don't take with them. Many different spices available for your use. Feel free to use, and leave some if you wish. I have plates & cups for children use and wine glasses if you wish to use. The dishwasher is new and a Bosch top of the line one. Works silently and beautifully. We have newly installed back patio lights for your sitting pleasure outdoors by the propane fire pit and barbecue grill. Basically, all the comforts of home if not more!! If you wish to not use the dishes provided, bring your own paper goods & utensils, as there are none provided. There are no rental facilities in Lake Arrowhead for boats or kayaks. The Cozy Lodge is located very near Burnt Mill Beach. Beginning April, 2022 my guests will now be allowed to use my "Beach Club Card" that I have purchased for your use and pleasure. You will need to have the card with you to enter any of the beach areas and trails. There will be personnel at certain areas asking to show the card. The card will be hanging inside the rental on a lanyard on a coat hook near the front door. Please use it responsibly as I am liable for any misuse or unbecoming conduct while you are visiting those private areas. If you should lose the card, there will be a $100 lost card fine that will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Guests will have access to lodge without meeting owner for a key. Owner will give instructions on where to obtain key 24 hrs a day. Owner lives minutes away if any problem occurs that needs to be addressed by owner. There is a Beach Club Membership card in the rental. It may be used by tenants to enter certain points of gate entry around the lake. Not the two Beach Clubs. Tavern Bay Beach Club and Burnt Mill Beach Club can only be entered by guests if I escort you in. There is a STR Client Services office at the Village. Please read the information left in the rental and go to the office for specifics regarding entry. I personally took a full day to utilize the card and enter each and every gate that is allowed for tenants to enter and use the beaches and trails. There are several nice ones. Upon entry to some of the gates you will notice many boat docks. These are privately owned docks, but the beaches surrounding the docks are there for your use. You are allowed to use the beach between docks. The tree views from the living room window and bedroom windows make the lodge a serene place to enjoy your retreat. It is less than one mile from the Lake Arrowhead Village where you can enjoy the many amenities the village has to offer. There are shops, restaurants, lake side sitting, duck feeding, etc. to enjoy in the village area. The cozy lodge is not in an isolated location, so if you're looking for complete isolation with acres of forest surrounding you, this is not your place. There is a mountain side transit bus that can accommodate you should you wish to travel to nearby towns. There is also a RIDE service if you find you need one. RIDE is similar to UBER. Sky Park/ Santa's Village is a short 2.8 mi away and only a 7 minute drive. The lodge has 4 beds, one in each bedroom and two in the other. One room has a Cal King, other has a pull out trundle that turns into 2 twin beds, and the main level bed is a queen bed. There are two single folding foam chair beds that pull down to be sleeping cots that can accommodate 2 more persons, making the total sleep count 8. We have a playpen for an infant and a high chair for a toddler in upstairs closet. The two upper level bedrooms have HDTV as well as the living room. All three TVs are Smart TV. The living room also has Roku. There is a large propane barbecue on deck with extra propane in back yard. Brand new Propane Fire Pit has been placed in the back yard with sitting chairs & table around it. It's a great place to sit at night and socialize with your group. The newly installed patio lights that line the fence, make it so cozy and inviting to sit outside. The driveway on property is on an incline. If your car sits low, it is a possibility that it may hit the asphalt going up driveway. If you're not comfortable parking on incline, you may park on the street. If you choose to park on the street, just make sure there is enough room for one vehicle to pass your parked vehicle. There are no overnight parking restrictions.
