Comfortable quaint cozy rustic home in a quiet and relatively new neighborhood... Close to the Snake River canyon, Perrine Bridge for BASE jumping, the new hospital, shopping, and restaurants. Feel free to make yourself at home. Relax on the couch and watch a DVD, stream a movie on Netflix or cook a meal in the kitchen or on the BBQ. Additionally there is a fire pit in the backyard that you can enjoy or roast some smores. You can get wood at the Shell station across from the hospital approx a half a mile away. You can use the entire house as a guest of the Magic Valley Rustic Rambler. The only off limits area is the storage shed on the property which houses some personal items of the owner. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a mixed population from children to the elderly neighbors. We expect you would respect all neighbors and maintain an appropriate noise level for the time of day. E.g if using the hot tub after 10pm please keep the noise down a minimum. Twin Falls has very little public transportation. However D&S and Snake River Yellow Cab have 5$ bar rides to and from any bar in town. So there is no excuse for a DUI;). Otherwise their or Uber and Magic Valley Cab that offer additional public transportation around town. If you have your own car you may park in the garage or drive way. Again, please respect the neighbors by not parking in front of their homes or in their driveways.
