Interior Designer's House in High Point

This interior designer's house has all that you will need for a comfortable, stylish, and fun getaway. There are 3 rooms with beds and 2 bathrooms. It is located in High Point close to Furniture Market, but it also sits close to the Greensboro, NC border. We live close to the Palladium shopping area, which has a movie theater and lots of restaurant options. Guest access Guests will have access to the spaces seen in the images and we will not be on the property during your rental. There are two kids rooms that we do not rent and keep locked for security reasons. We have a garage that is locked during rentals. However, our driveway fits up to 4 cars and there is street parking as well. We are located in a very safe neighborhood in a nice part of town. The Master Bedroom closet will be locked for security reasons; however, the other two rooms do have closets and there is a hall closet for additional hanging storage. We also put a hanging bar in the master bathroom for hanging storage for guests. There is a coffee pot with coffee and sugar, as well as tea. We provide a bowl of fresh fruit, and oatmeal for breakfast. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, a blender, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, and a toaster. The cupboards have plates, bowls, water glasses, wine glasses, and coffee mugs. We will clear a few shelves for your things in the refrigerator and freezer. We do ask that you do not eat our other food that might be left in the fridge. We leave a few necessities for you like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing pods, and a dish sponge. We do not have cable tv; however, we do have 2 smart plasma tvs in the house that are linked to Netflix and Hulu accounts for you to use. In the living room, that tv has hidden bunny ears that pick-up a few key live channels like ABC, NBC and Fox; however, their reception changes occasionally based on the weather. Our back yard is accessible and we have a patio (shown) and deck(unshown). The yard usually has lots of gardening projects around. Other things to note During the Spring and Fall furniture markets there is a 5-night minimum stay. We do offer some family amenities if they are needed and you give us notice.
