The space As you walk through the front door, you'll love the high ceilings, the gorgeous mountain view from the dining room window, and the peaceful, open feeling the room creates. There is a large family room off the kitchen, where you can lounge and watch TV. There are lots of Windows throughout, so the house feels very spacious! The location of the property is great. Every evening, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house is located near walking/ hiking trails. Also, it’s very centrally located. 45 minutes to the EAST is Palm Springs, with a casino, a variety of delicious restaurants, shopping and the Palm Springs tram. About 1-1.5 hours to the WEST is downtownLA and Hollywood, where you can visit the Grauman’s Chinese Theater, located on the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame. A little further west is world renowned Bel Air and Beverly Hills, home to many movie stars and off course, world famous RODEO DRIVE. And go even a little further west, you will arrive at Santa Monica Beach and Malibu. To the SOUTH about 2 hours away is San Diego, home of the San Diego zoo. And off course, if you go a little further south, you can cross the border and go into Tijuana, Mexico. You can actually park, and walk across the bridge to cross the border. And last but not least, head to the SOUTHWEST to visit the California Coastline…Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach… If you just want to relax and rest, you may be lucky enough to get a visit by the wild burros who come down from the nearby hills. Available for guest use is 3 bedrooms: 2 upstairs and one down. Downstairs bedroom and one upstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen. Besides the living room and dining room, there is also a family room next to the fairly large kitchen and breakfast area. There is also a laundry room which includes washer and dryer for guests to use. Parking is available on the driveway only. No access to the garage. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. Home can accomodate 6 people, or 3 couples very comfortably. Guest access Guests have access to 3 individual bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one downstairs, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms ...all common areas which includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Family room, and Laundry room. Upstairs Master is unoccupied but locked as that is my bedroom when there are no guests. There is also no access to the downstairs hall closet and garage. Parking is on the driveway only, but there is room for 3 cars. Other things to note *Minimum stay is 31 days due to HOA Requirement as well as a City Ordinance that requires guests to pay a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax for stays less than 31 days. There is a shopping plaza not too far from the house which has a Shell gas station, Jack in the Box, Subway, Mexican Restaurant, and Japanese All You Can Eat Restaurant. Shopping can be done @ Stater Brothers, Costco...or for a good price on Produce, at a Mexican market called Superior or CARDENAS. Moreno Valley has a shopping mall. There is a WalMart, Target, Ross etc nearby. There are many restaurants in the area, and we're close to UCR & March Air Force Base, as well as the NOS center in San Bernardino, and Fox Theater in Riverside. Riverside County Regional Medical Center, Loma Linda, and Riverside Community, as well as UCR, RCC and LLU are all within 15 minutes to 1/2 hour away. Also half an hour away is Ontario Airport. We're located about 45 minutes from Palm Springs, and about an hour from beaches, Disneyland, and LA.
