3000ft Lakefront home situated away from the main road and extends out onto the Lake. Surrounded by water and an abundance of wildlife! Watch nature at its best, breathe some of the cleanest air and explore are beautiful little town on the largest natural lake in all of California! All the amenities from home including a private Hot Tub and dock. The space The home is situated at the end of a peninsula surrounded by water overlooking a mesmerizing wetland area with an abundance of wildlife throughout the year! Rocky Point is known as one of the best fishing spots on the Lake. Just 7 minutes from down town Lakeport. Guest access The home has spectacular views throughout. The Upstairs has three bedrooms and two full baths offering an open concept where the living, dining and kitchen all meet with a deck extending the entire length. The upstairs master has a queen bed and private balcony with a shared or private bath with access from the hallway. The second queen bedroom has a full bath directly across the hall and the third bedroom room has two double bunk beds sleeping four. The downstairs has two of the largest bedrooms with queen beds in both and their own private bathrooms. This is where you will find the bar and game room which leads to a large deck right off the back, perfect for grilling relaxing and engaging with friends and family. There are four TV's all which offer a variety of live channels from the YouTube TV App as well as Netflix. There is a small library of books upstairs, a stereo system both upstairs and down with Bluetooth capability. The Wifi was just upgraded Xtream and has excellent connectivity throughout the home. There are two thermostats for the ideal temperature weather you are upstairs or down. One is located as you enter the kitchen and the other is located in the downstairs hallway. We recently upgraded to a new 7 person hot springs hot tub with a pergola to protect you from the elements while relaxing and taking in the views. There is a New Electric Dock which was just added that can accommodate 2 large boats and a jet ski. The fire pit is situated in front of the house along with a ping pong table. You are more then welcome to use the two man Kayak, or the bikes for exploring some of the surrounding area. There are a variety of games both inside and out for you to use at your leisure.
