Welcome to "Lola"! My place is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex in the heart of DFW. It's a 2-story 1050sqft with both bedrooms being upstairs. There are two queen mattress and the third bed is a queen fold away memory foam mattress. PETS: Must be pre-approved. $100 per pet (Additional pets charged after booking) 2 Max Only a couple miles West of the Cowboys/Ranger Stadium, Six Flags, Arlington Convention Center or UTA. 30 day minimum. The space You have the whole place to yourself! I am a call away if you need anything during your stay. I take pride in making sure the place is clean for each and every guest. I do understand privacy, so I will give your space. I just ask you leave the place the same way you found it. Mi Casa es tu casa! Please note: Cleaning only applies to the checkout. If you would like additional cleanings (at an additional cost), just contact me to set a schedule. Late Check-ins: You can access my place by yourself anytime after 4pm so no worries on late flights, take your time! Please feel free to reach out with any questions! :) Guest access You will have the "B" side of my duplex. This includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, Living room, Patio, 1 Spot of the covered parking. It's about 1050 square feet. Other things to note Check in time is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am. I will do my best to accommodate early check-ins/ late check-outs depending on back to back reservations. HOUSE/CITY RULES The City of Arlington has implemented MANDATORY RULES with must be followed. Please read through these rules to ensure all are followed. ▪ Restrictions on the number of occupants A maximum of 5 people are allowed. ▪ Limits on parking ▪ Trash pickup days and rules Trash days are Wednesday and Saturday. You cannot place out garbage before 7pm the day before. All garbage must be in bags. ▪ Prohibitions on special events No special events, gatherings, or parties allowed. ▪ Limits on amplified sound No amplified music allowed between 9PM and 10AM.  No Smoking allowed (Strictly enforced) Safety is important to us! External surveillance are used to monitor the outside of the property. There are cameras on the exterior soffit/ wall of the property, In the front and back and face away from the house for total privacy.
