The living space is modern and chic and the center hall features a cathedral ceiling that opens up to roof high. The spacious backyard features a private swimming pool and spa. At night, kick back and relax in the built in in-home theater after a long day of swimming or traveling. This villa is located just minutes away from Disney and other major attractions and shopping (if don't know short cut and traffic, take little longer). The Glenbrook Resort clubhouse pool, tennis court, volleyball court, gym, along with various other amenities are all available to guests. Geographic information: A great location to access Highway 192 and Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida to access all the theme parks and coasts. There is a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart a very short drive plus a selection of restaurants within a close proximity. Lots of shops and restaurants can be found close by on the US 27 and 192. Glenbrook resort boasts a range of amenities for when you feel like spending some time away from the parks. These include an impressive clubhouse with a game room which includes air hockey, pool table and the media room with its flat-screened TV, DVD and wireless Internet plus two computers and printer for guests to use free of charge- though you have most of them already in the villa. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away. The villa is very well equipped including but not limited to: Telephone Free Wi Fi Washer, Dryer Fully equipped Kitchen Central Air Conditioning Linens and Towels Some small items are easy to prepare but cause more issues to our guests, something like shampoo. Good news is that we have a Super Wal-Mart opening 24 hours. There is also Dollar Tree where everything is just a dollar. CVS and Walgreens stores are right on the entry of the community. Guest access Entire house Other things to note POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day). 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated. 6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included. Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
