Lagoon House is a unique custom built timber frame lodge style, waterfront, luxury home, located on a private lagoon with sweeping ocean views. The shoreline of the Lagoon meanders through the property and offers over 600' of private water frontage. Guests have access to the entire home and property. We are always available by phone, text, or email to answer any questions or address any concerns. The house is located on the waterfront of Saratoga Passage in Coupeville, WA. The town of Coupeville is a short drive away where you can find restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. We recommend a car to get around the island. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, hot tub, 2 paddle boards, and a canoe. There are also bikes and lawn games in the garage.
