Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a deck with a hot tub! Our home is family friendly, pet friendly and all on one level. We upgraded lots of details, and we hope you will be delighted by the comfort of our home away from home. Keypad code entry. The space Generous ocean-side windows, vaulted ceilings and skylights pour light into our relaxed and comfortable 1500 sq ft home. The main gathering area has a high bump-up dormer with 12 feet of tall windows, a slate hearth with gas fireplace, and joins an open kitchen with leathered stone serving island and counter-tops. Our cook's kitchen has all new appliances, a wealth of utensils and a stocked pantry. The Master Suite has ocean view, a high quality king bed, walk-in closet and a luxury walk-in double shower. The second bedroom also has a high quality queen bed. A small comfortable Den with ocean views has double doors for privacy and can serve as a quiet reading room, another sleeping area, or children's play area. The attached garage is on floor level, hosts a ping pong table and a couple adult bikes for guests to cruise the neighborhood. The house is ADA accessible throughout, including the ocean-view deck. Enjoy the ocean roar and salt air from the comforts of our new hot tub! We've "decked out" the space with string lights for evening enjoyment. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home, except for a locked closet in the master bath, where we store personal items and house supplies. Other things to note The Marquis hot tub was installed July 2021. Please refer to the house manual for operation details. We have a large double garage that can serve as a play space with a ping pong table, a spare couch to relax on and a variety of toys and games for kids to play with. We also have two adult bikes for neighborhood bike rides. If you are bringing a pet with you, please let us know when you book our home. We charge guests with pets an extra $20, to cover the additional cleaning materials and time. Thanks.
