It is also a great town for walking and biking and public bus service is only two blocks away. Please bring extra warm clothes and layers even in the summer. Maritime NW weather is cool in the evenings and sometimes during the day. There is no smoking allowed on the property. The cottage is a pet & shoe free home. Owner lives on the property. Events/Parties: There are absolutely NO EVENTS allowed or parties of over 6 people allowed on the premises. This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not want to cause any disturbance to our neighbors. Quiet time: 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. Guests: Any extra guests will be charged $10/person/night. Please let me know in advance if you will be having any guests, and what nights they will be staying. There will be only 4 people total allowed to stay overnight. This is a total of the registered tenants and any guests. You are fully responsible for your guests in that they follow all house rules. Any damage they cause will be deducted from your security deposit. or problems that they may cause. Parking: No RV’s are allowed on the property or on street. One vehicle maximum is allowed.
