Charming Cottage

Charming 1 bedroom cottage in Port Townsend. The cottage is located in a secluded garden, is very quiet and private yet only minutes from the beach and downtown Port Townsend. Activities include; beach combing, kayaking, sailing, hiking, bicycling, antiquing, dining, music, festivals, art galleries, and more. 30 day minimum. The space The cottage is located next to a 14 acre pasture yet is right in town in a quiet neighborhood. Guest access The entire home is your private get away. Other things to note Please bring extra warm clothes and layers even in the summer. Maritime NW weather is cool in the evenings and sometimes during the day. There is no smoking allowed on the property. The cottage is a pet & shoe free home. Owner lives on the property. Events/Parties: There are absolutely NO EVENTS allowed or parties of over 6 people allowed on the premises. This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not want to cause any disturbance to our neighbors. Quiet time: 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. Guests: Any extra guests will be charged $10/person/night. Please let me know in advance if you will be having any guests, and what nights they will be staying. There will be only 4 people total allowed to stay overnight. This is a total of the registered tenants and any guests. You are fully responsible for your guests in that they follow all house rules. Any damage they cause will be deducted from your security deposit. or problems that they may cause. Parking: No RV’s are allowed on the property or on street. One vehicle maximum is allowed. Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property Shoes: Please remove all shoes before entering the house. Smoking: There is no smoking in the house or on the property.
