You will go through the security screen door, walk down a short breezeway to your private pad. It has a studio kitchen, a nice size bathroom/shower made out of ruff corrugated tin and cement glazed stepping stones. It has a double size comfy bed. A small private outside sitting area, furniture may change. This studio is great for solo adventurers, business travelers and possibly a couple The space This rustic little cottage is 185 square feet. Studio type kitchen with sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, teapot, hot cook plate, dish-ware, cups, glassware, utensils, pots and pans. Has an armoire, flat screen with Roku TV. Bathroom has a walk in rugged open shower. Made out of tin and cement glazed stepping squares. Outside small private area. Guest access You enter through the screen door, down through the breezeway to your very own little cottage studio. Safe and sound. Other things to note Shared washroom-$5.00 per load. Please inform me when you’d like to use the laundry. No washing/drying after 4pm on weekdays. Weekends anytime is fine. Remember it’s shared so text me with your time preference. My property sits on 3 large lots. I also rent out 3 rooms in the main house and have 2 attached separate units. On the other side of the property during busy times there may be a couple of tents. This is my full time job. You may see people here at times and during other times you may not see anyone.
