Cozy yet spacious apartment in the lower level of our beautiful Keuka Lake home. Completely private entrance with amazing views of Keuka Lake. Keurig coffee maker, coffee and tea, there is a refrigerator with ice maker, toaster and a microwave. There is also a gas grill for your use. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO COOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT EXCEPT FOR THE MICROWAVE AND TOASTER, BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THE GRILL. Sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer are provided. Guests will park in our driveway at street level and walk down 12 steps and then a gradual sloping walkway down to lower level. Once down to the apartment level guests will have full access to lake front via glass sliding doors onto a private patio. The lake is 28 steps below. We host only 1 reservation at a time. Owners of home live onsite and are available if needed. My husband and I also use the lake front so we will be on the dock at times but please feel free to join us. The house is on beautiful quiet street off the main highways of 54 & 54A. There are many wineries, breweries, attractions and restaurants in the Keuka Lake area. Access to large dock on the lake with lounge chairs, fishing poles, swimming. My husband and I use the lake front area daily to access our boat, enjoy the sun, relax and read. We love sharing our "slice of paradise" with our guests. Please feel free to use the dock anytime you wish just note that you may be sharing it with us. Also if you plan on swimming you must bring water shoes, the lake is very rocky near the shore.
