Red Rooster House - King Bed Centrally Located

The Red Rooster House is a comfortable, cozy, single-story, two-bedroom home with 1,200 square feet of living space. Plenty of on-site parking. 150 foot driveway. Exterior security lights/porch lights and cameras for good night time visibility and security. Easy and quick access to highway and around town. The house is pet friendly but guests must select the pet option when booking. See Pet Policy in the "other details" section. There is a $30.00 pet fee. The space Living room has leather full-size sofa and loveseat and recliner; large 65" flat screen TV with Roku service. Bedroom Configurations: Master Bedroom - King-sized bed; his and hers closets; Full length mirror, 47" TV, two dressers, seating chair and a desk. Second Bedroom - Queen-size bed; walk-in closet for storage. Small wall mounted television with Roku TV service installed. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen. Includes full-size refrigerator , dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig coffee, hot water kettle, lots of dishes, silverware and etc. Bathroom: Beautiful bathroom with garden tub; separate walk-in shower; private toilet area; marble tile floor. and etc. The Red Rooster House is a pet friendly house; however, please review our pet policy in the "other details" section before booking. There is a $30.00 pet fee. There is no fenced backyard. Guest access The house is located near San Angelo's main highway and access to all areas of the city is very fast and easy. There is plenty of free parking available with a long pull driveway which can accommodate several vehicles or trailers or RVs if necessary. All guests will use a keyless door lock to access the house. The main entry door is located on the side of the house adjacent to the driveway (next to the rooster sculpture). There is one step on the porch to access the house. There is a handrail. The keyless door code will be send via airbnb around 9:00 am the day of your arrival. Due to security protocols the door code cannot text before then and only to the registered guest. There is a detached garage, rear storage area and a shed which is not accessible to guests. The rear of the house is also not accessible to guests. There is no fenced backyard. There are no other persons living at the property, however, the host/owner will need to access the rear storage areas, garage, shed to work and conduct maintenance. Other things to note Pet Policy The Red Rooster house is a pet friendly home; however, we do charge a $30.00 pet fee. Please select the $30.00 pet fee option when booking. In your booking message, please tell us a little about your pet(s) e.g. type, breed, weight etc. Bringing a pet without notifying the hosts and paying the pet fee will result in an additional fee of $100.00 per pet/per day. Guests must agree to the following: 1. Max of two pets allowed 2. Max weight of each pet must be under 50 pounds 3. Pet(s) must be house-trained 4. No potentially aggressive breeds e.g. Pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans 5. Pets are not allowed on furniture, especially beds 6. Guests must bring their own dog food and water bowls 7. Not required - but recommended - that dogs are crated while guests are not at home. 8. Guests agree to pick up any pet droppings in the yard and disposed properly in the city trash can before departing. 9. Cleaning up after your pet is not included in our normal cleaning fee therefore guests agree to clean up all pet related issues - or be charged an additional pet cleaning fee 10. San Angelo has a leash law, all dogs in public must be on a leash - including our front yard. 11. Guests agree to report any pet related damage before departing 12. Guests bringing pets agree to pay for all pet related damages. IMPORTANT NOTE: This house does not have a fenced front or backyards. Driveway/parking The house has a long 150 foot driveway that can accommodate a travel trailers, RVs, work trailers etc. if needed. There is plenty of security lights for good night visibility. Highway Access The house is located adjacent to the access road for Loop 306 Hwy. Has great access for quick and easy access to all parts of San Angelo.
