Manchester City just 20 mins by train, Kingsway Business Park less than 10 minutes away, but with benefit of near countryside & pleasant views. Easy reach of both Rochdale Town Centre & the quaint Littleborough Village. Close to restaurants, scenic Hollingworth Lake and the ‘Pennine Way’ for walking / cycling - Lots to see and do! Great for business & leisure guests The space The apartment is light, airy and modern with pleasant views to front and rear. Accessed from a quiet private road, with private parking. Apartment sleeps up to 7 people - with flexible bed arrangements... please read carefully… Each Bedroom can be set up as either 1 x Super/King size bed or 2 x single beds, plus - we can put a folding bed in bedroom 2 (note- folding bed not really suitable for an adult as the mattress is thin, but fine for a child or teen) OR we can put a travel cot in bedroom 2. If the folding bed is used, it would need to be moved so you can access the wardrobe but it’s lightweight so not a big deal. There is a decent quality sofa bed in the lounge which forms a double bed for 2 more guests. Please let us know what bedroom set-up you require. BATHROOM / TOILETS Main bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a second WC - where you'll also find a washing machine so you can do some laundry if required. Hairdryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner available. CHILD FRIENDLY A high-chair can be provided - available on request. We have a stash of board games, children’s books and DVDs for family and children. For the Xbox (Xbox one) we have some games - mainly for adults - but there are a couple of games suitable for age 3+ But you are welcome to bring your own Xbox games. OUTSIDE - There is a small outdoor seating area which is a lovely afternoon sun-trap (good for 3- 4 people), where you can observe many bird varieties which live nearby - such as robins, collar doves, wood pigeons, wrens, tits, starlings to name just a few. We love to watch bees and butterflies... and even squirrels visit occasionally. It’s a great location for ease of access to amenities yet just a short distance to lovely countryside walks and scenery. Guest access Access is from the quiet, private road behind New Road. Private Parking for one vehicle almost directly opposite the apartment entrance. Park in front of the right hand door of the double garage which has decking on top. If more parking is required, this is available free of charge on the side road (Arm Road or near to St Andrew's church) Other things to note If you will require early check in or late check out, please contact us prior to booking to confirm that this is possible (it depends on other guest arrival or departures)
