If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard outdoors. The city does require a payment of Transient Occupancy Tax in the amount of 12%, which is included in your booking price and paid on your behalf. Rental occupants shall respect the privacy of all neighbors, and not disrupt peaceful enjoyment of their property.
