You will be occupying only 1 of the 2 bedrooms. living and bathroom is shared with other guest if I have any. Perfect location of Center City. Great for Conferences right next door. Close to Everything (Liberty Bell, Reading Terminal, Old City). Please Do NOT book w/o contacting me first, include arrival time for keys. The space its all about the Location, Location, Location. Located in a Safe, Spacious, and Convenient location, Chinatown which is in the heart of everything! The Building is RIGHT NEXT to the Convention Center. Very close to many attractions ie Liberty bell, Independence hall, constitution center (about 5 blocks away), Reading terminal market, the Gallery Mall, City Hall, Top Restaurants, Old City, Society Hill, Art Museum, Reading Terminal Market, Northern Liberty, Hahnemann, and Pennsylvania University, and public transportation such as SEPTA, Regional rails, and Greyhound bus! Walking distance to Rittenhouse Square, shopping district, Avenue of the Arts, Kimmel Center and many more. _________________________________________________ Great 2 Bedroom 1Bathroom apartment. You will be using 1 of the 2 bedrooms. The other room is sometime being rented out to other guests. So the living room, kitchen, and bathroom is shared if there are other guest staying. Some Features: -Wood flooring throughout living area -Open kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances -Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking and eating ware. -Bedroom #2 just has a Queen size memory foam bed (this is likely your room) -A Full Spacious bathroom with bathtub -Central Heat and AC air unit -Basic TV with local channels -DVD player (please bring your own dvd's -Coined-op Laundry in the basement of the building. -NO elevator, walk-up only to 3rd floor. -If you want to use the additional bed/futon there will be an additional charge of $20 per night. ____________________________________________ What to expect: -Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, tooth paste provided, but feel free to bring your own. -Please bring you own towels, but they are available upon request in advance -Clean Linens for the beds are provided -Must Read House Rules for additional information -PLEASE DO NOT BOOK without contacting me first to discuss details.
